We strive to maintain transparency in all our services, including course registration and payment procedures. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested by students or their guardians.
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must inform us in writing via email at jayainstitute@gmail.com within 7 days of course registration.
Cancellations made after 7 days of registration will not be eligible for any refund.
If the course has already commenced, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
In rare cases where Jaya Institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability), the full course fee will be refunded to the student within 7–10 working days.
Students may also opt to transfer the fee towards any other available course.
Refunds are only applicable to course fees and not to registration or administrative charges.
Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Any refund, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Students will be notified via email or phone once the refund is processed.
No refund will be granted in case of removal or suspension of a student due to disciplinary action or misconduct.
Refunds for online/digital learning content once accessed or downloaded will not be entertained.
